ABOUT US...
Built in the late 1940s and early '50s when Americans were turning from the rails to the roads, The Evergreen Inn has stayed true to its roots: offering travelers the comfort, convenience, and value of a roadside motel. With its distinctive architecture, vintage tile bathrooms, and scenic, peaceful grounds, the Evergreen retains the best from the past while keeping pace with the future.
The Evergreen, located right off Hwy 54/400, is Pratt's only true roadside inn. Offering lodging options for almost everyone, we have 16 rooms and 25 pull-thru RV sites with full hook-ups.
The Evergreen Inn is unique in its location, style, clean rooms, competitive rates, and cozy atmosphere. Other amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, public coin-operated laundry, and underground storm shelter for all guests.

Lodging
The Evergreen Motel has 16 ground-level rooms including nine singles and seven doubles. Fifteen of our rooms still feature the original vintage 1940s-1950s tile bathrooms in unique colors.

RV Park
With 25 total sites, we can accommodate almost any RV traveler. Whether overnight or long-term, our competitive rates, full hook-up sites with 20-, 30-, and 50-amp electric service, sewer connection, and water will meet your needs. The restrooms are always open, WiFi is provided free of charge, and our guests have access to all our other amenities. For your safety, an underground storm shelter is located on the west end of the park and available 24-hours-a-day.
